Experience: 8–10+ years in fire protection, fire suppression, fire alarm, MEP, or safety industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead overall operations of installation and maintenance divisions.

* Plan manpower, materials, vehicles, and project schedules.

* Review site survey reports and approve execution plans.

* Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.

* Ensure compliance with civil defense, NFPA, and manufacturer standards.

* Develop SOPs for installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance.

* Monitor project profitability and cost control.

* Coordinate with sales team during project handover.

* Handle major customer complaints and technical escalations.

* Recruit, train, and evaluate technical staff.

* Manage subcontractors and suppliers.

* Prepare monthly operational performance reports for management.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of kitchen fire suppression systems.

* Knowledge of NFPA 17A, NFPA 96, and related fire safety standards.

* Project management capability.

* Leadership and people management skills.

* Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals is an advantage.

* Strong reporting and documentation skills.
