1. Project Manager

Bachelor’s Degree, valid passport, GCC experience preferred, PMP

Salary Range: 25,000

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all project activities from initiation to completion. Ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements. Leads project teams, manages client and stakeholder communication, monitors progress, controls risks, and ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.reince in executing multiple type projects.

2. Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree, SEC approval preferred, valid passport, GCC experience preferred

Salary Range: 8000

Supervises electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and compliance with project specifications and standards.

3. Mechanical Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree, Saudi/GCC project experience preferred

Salary Range: 8000

Manages mechanical systems installation, inspection, testing, and coordination of project activities.

4. MEP Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree, MEP coordination experience, GCC experience preferred

Salary Range: 10000

Coordinates Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works to ensure smooth project execution and integration.

5. Quantity Surveyour/Planning Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree, Primavera/MS Project proficiency

Salary Range:10000

Prepares project schedules, monitors progress, controls costs, and evaluates quantities and variations.

6. Construction Manager

Bachelor’s Degree, large project experience, GCC preferred

salary Range:16000

Oversees construction activities, manages resources, and ensures quality, safety and schedule compliance.

7. QA/QC Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree, ISO knowledge, relevant QA/QC certifications

salary Range:9000

Implements quality control procedures, inspections, documentation, and compliance with specifications.

8. Document Controller

Diploma/Bachelor’s, document control software proficiency

Salary Range: 5500

Maintains, tracks, distributes and archives project documents, drawings and records.

9. safety officer

NEBOSH/IOSH, OSHA awareness, valid certifications

salary range:6000

Ensures compliance with HSE requirements, conducts inspections, and promotes safe work practices.

10. Surveyour

Diploma/Bachelor’s, surveying equipment proficiency

salary range:5500

Performs site measurements, setting out, level checks and surveying activities.
