We are launching a new fashion e-commerce brand and are looking for an experienced Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Manager to lead and manage our complete marketing operations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing and e-commerce growth.

* Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

* Mandatory experience in the Saudi Arabian market.

* Proven track record of growing e-commerce brands and increasing online sales.

* Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and brand growth.

* Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, bundles, discounts, seasonal offers, and product launches.

* Ability to manage social media strategy, content planning, and overall brand presence.

* Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.

* Fashion and apparel industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the complete marketing department.

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.

* Manage all digital marketing campaigns and advertising activities.

* Oversee social media growth, content strategy, and customer engagement.

* Plan and execute promotional campaigns, bundles, special offers, and seasonal sales.

* Identify new growth opportunities and improve overall business performance.

* Monitor KPIs, ROAS, conversions, and marketing performance.

* Coordinate with management to achieve business and revenue goals.

Important:

* Saudi Arabia market experience is mandatory.
