NEOM Project – Equipment Requirement

Required Equipment

1. 50-Ton Mobile Crane with certified operator – 02 Units

2. JCB Backhoe Loader with licensed operator – 02 Units

3. 10-Ton Boom Truck with licensed operator – 01 Unit

4. Forklift with certified operator – 01 Unit

5. Flatbed Truck with driver – 02 Units

6. Lowbed Trailer with driver – 01 Unit

Terms & Conditions

– All equipment must be provided with qualified, licensed, and competent operators/drivers.

– Operators and drivers shall possess valid licenses, certifications, and competencies relevant to the equipment being operated.

– Food, accommodation, and transportation for operators/drivers will be provided by the client.

– All equipment must have valid registration, insurance, inspection records, preventive maintenance records, and third-party certifications where applicable.

– All lifting equipment and accessories shall have valid third-party inspection certificates and color coding as per project requirements.

– Required documents, including operator licenses, equipment registration, inspection certificates, calibration certificates (where applicable), insurance documents, risk assessments, method statements, and training records, must be submitted before mobilization.

– All personnel and equipment shall comply with NEOM Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

– All Third-Party Certificates (TPCs) must be valid and approved in accordance with NEOM standards prior to mobilization.

– Mobilization will only be permitted after obtaining all required approvals from NEOM and the project management team.

– Equipment shall be in good working condition and available for immediate mobilization upon award.
