ISP Technician must be as follows:

1. In-deep technical knowhow on F/UTP cable installation

2. Must be well familiarize/experience in handling network tools/device such as certifying UTP cable.

3. Must be familiar on Local and international standard of network industry as well as budling code

4. must knowhow in basic configuration of network device and components

5. Must be familiarize in basic installation of CCTV camera and other IOT devices.

OSP Technician

Installation, termination, and testing of fiber optic and copper cables.

ISP (Inside Plant) and OSP (Outside Plant) network deployment and maintenance.

Fiber optic splicing and OTDR testing.

Installation of telecom cabinets, patch panels, and related equipment.

Troubleshooting and maintenance of telecom networks.

Reading and interpreting telecom drawings and schematics.

Ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in ISP/OSP telecom projects.

Hands-on experience in fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and cable termination.

Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and network installations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
