We are looking for Projects Sales Executive
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:
To develop and expand project sales by building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and real estate developers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales opportunities through to contract award while achieving the company’s sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new projects, tenders, and business opportunities within the Saudi market.
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, consultants, real estate developers, and procurement departments.
· Conduct regular client visits and present the company’s products and services.
· Follow up on Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
· Coordinate with the Estimation and Engineering Departments to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
· Monitor projects from the design stage through supply and execution.
· Negotiate with clients and secure contracts to achieve sales targets.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports on opportunities and performance.
· Maintain and update customer and project databases.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in project sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
· Good knowledge of the Saudi projects market, contractors, and engineering consultants.
· Experience dealing with real estate developers and government/semi-government entities.
· Ability to read drawings, specifications, and understand project requirements.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
· Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
· Required Skills
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
· Excellent presentation and meeting management skills.
