A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire experienced and motivated professionals for its Call Center Operations Team.

Requirements:
Call Center Agents
Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
Experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM platforms
Team Leaders
Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing call center teams
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to monitor KPIs and team performance
Experience in reporting and workforce management
Good command of English
Supervisors
Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
Proven experience supervising call center operations
Strong knowledge of customer service standards and quality management
Ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational targets
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good command of English
Working Schedule
Sunday to Thursday
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
