Are you an organized, professional, and service‑oriented individual with strong communication and administrative skills? We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage front‑desk operations, communication, and daily administrative support at the academy.
Position:
Receptionist – Front Desk & Administrative Support
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
Greet students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage walk‑ins by handling inquiries and maintaining an organized queue system.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and academy services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment.
Communication & Coordination
Manage incoming phone calls by answering professionally, providing information, and documenting messages when needed.
Manage WhatsApp and email communication by responding to inquiries and sending updates professionally.
Coordinate with teachers, admin staff, and management to support smooth daily operations.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain essential records such as attendance sheets, visitor logs, forms, and basic documentation.
Assist with payment processing and ensure accurate financial entries.
Provide document support including printing, photocopying, filing, and preparing documents.
Manage scheduling by booking demo sessions, meetings, and maintaining the daily calendar.
Support daily office tasks and general administrative needs.
Customer Support & Problem Solving
Address concerns by responding to student and parent issues politely and effectively.
Guide visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
External & Event Support
Assist in academy events such as open houses, orientations, and activities.
Coordinate with schools or partner institutions when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are mandatory.
Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business).
Must be currently residing in Riyadh.
