Store Manager (Bricks4Kidz & Nutty Scientists)

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid/On-site)

Reporting To: Operations Manager

The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations while driving business growth through partnerships with schools and kindergartens. The role combines store management, sales, business development, event coordination, and educational program delivery for the Bricks4Kidz and Nutty Scientists brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, safety, and performance targets.

• Develop and secure partnerships with schools and kindergartens.

• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Coordinate and deliver STEM programs, workshops, field trips, and birthday events.

• Promote the brands through community events and referral programs.

• Maintain contracts, schedules, reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in store management, business development, education sales, or related fields.

• Proven track record in securing school partnerships and business growth.

• Native Arabic speaker with professional English proficiency.

• Strong communication, presentation, sales, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the Khobar region and attend occasional after-hours events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education franchises, STEM programs, or CRM systems.

• Basic robotics knowledge.

• Additional language skills are an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
