Position: Male Nurse (Full-Time)

Location: Bachelor Compound (Jubail, Saudi Arabia)

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified, dedicated, and MOH-certified Male Nurse to join our compound’s medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services, managing medical emergencies, and ensuring the overall well-being of the compound residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary healthcare, first aid, and emergency medical response within the compound.

Monitor, record, and manage residents’ vital signs and medical histories.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Maintain the compound’s first-aid kits, medical inventory, and clinic equipment.

Coordinate with local hospitals for advanced medical emergencies if required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Gender: Male (As per compound accommodation and operational requirements).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing.

MOH License: Must possess a valid, active MOH License / Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or community nursing experience.

Skills: Strong emergency response skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate attitude.

Languages: Urdu, Hindi, English ; Knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.

Transferable Iqama: Required for immediate local transfer.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 4,000 SAR per month

Food: Provided by the company (or allowance included)

Accommodation: Free bachelor accommodation provided inside the compound

Transportation: Provided (within compound duties)

Medical Insurance: Provided as per Saudi Labor Law
