Experienced male Indian Overseas Inventory Control Specialist.

An Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing a company’s stock levels, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Their primary goal is to optimize supply chain efficiency, prevent overstocking or stock outs, and minimize financial losses due to shrinkage or damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels daily, process transaction histories, and place reorders to maintain optimal supply.

• Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and compare them against digital records to identify and adjust discrepancies.

• Loss Prevention: Monitor shrinkage, investigate root causes of stock losses or damaged items, and develop protocols to reduce theft and breakage.

• Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the intake of new merchandise, inspect for quality/quantity, and ensure proper storage.

• Data Management: Update and utilize Inventory Management Software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track items and generate reports.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, audit invoices, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Essential Requirements & Skills

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Inventory Management Software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and matching physical counts to digital records.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and recommend improvements to management.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 35-50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods when navigating warehouses.

Qualifications

• Education: Typically requires a Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business is often preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years of previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain logistics.

• 10 Hours Duty

• Weekly one day off.

• Salary depending on experience. (BHD200.000 to 250.000).

• Visa, Accommodation & Transport provided by the company.
