Mandatory & Non-Negotiable Requirements (Applications missing any of these will be automatically rejected):
Strictly Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience working with the Unified Contract (العقد الموحد) with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) or Saudi Energy Company.
Absolute Proficiency in the following software is required:
ArcMap GIS (Applied to power networks)
AutoCAD
Google Earth
Microsoft Office
Full Fluency in both English and Arabic (Written and Spoken).
Exceptional & Effective Communication Skills: This is a deal-breaker. If you do not possess top-tier communication skills, please do not apply and save your time.
