Objectives:
– Achieving company goals through careful planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and developing forecasts.
– Continuously develop skills, train and collaborate with team members, and use effective sales methods to achieve revenue goals
– Generate leads, create and nurture customer relationships
– Effectively represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
– Research consumer needs and determine how our solutions address them
Responsibilities:
– Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and expands the company’s global reach
– Meet potential clients and develop long-term relationships that meet their needs
– Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and developing plans to fill them
– Ensure company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set goals and monitor progress
– Manage month-end and year-end closings
