Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) – Fresh Graduate

Location: Bahrain

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

* Basic knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and site supervision.

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Willingness to work on construction sites and learn project execution activities.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in day-to-day site supervision and project execution.

* Monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams.

* Assist in preparing site reports, inspections, and documentation.

* Support material inspections and site quality requirements.

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

* Perform other duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Preferred: Fresh graduates currently available in Bahrain with a valid driving license being an added advantage.
