//Assistant General Manager – Manpower Services Company
==> Job Responsibilities:
– Assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the manpower supply business and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
– Manage manpower mobilization, deployment, and workforce planning in accordance with client requirements and project schedules.
– Monitor recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
– Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
– Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Administration departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
– Supervise employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare.
– Review and approve manpower proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements before submission to clients.
– Monitor project manpower utilization and ensure timely replacement and mobilization of employees when required.
– Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and participating in client meetings and negotiations.
– Oversee payroll coordination, invoicing, timesheets, and payment follow-ups with clients.
– Prepare operational reports, manpower status reports, performance analyses, and management presentations.
– Ensure all employee documentation, including Iqama, GOSI, medical insurance, and work permits, remains valid and compliant.
– Manage and resolve client concerns, operational issues, and workforce-related challenges promptly and professionally.
– Assist in developing company strategies, operational policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
– Monitor company KPIs, service quality standards, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
– Lead, mentor, and supervise departmental managers and staff to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
– Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager to support the company’s growth and operational success.

==>Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
– 5–10 years of experience in manpower supply, outsourcing, recruitment, or workforce management.
– Experience in the Saudi Arabian manpower industry is preferred.
– Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
