التقدم الى Civil Telecom Site Supervisor Required in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Telecom civil Site Supervisor with previous work experience with Nokia and Huawei for tower erection works to join our team for long-term Telecom projects Kingdom wide.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in telecom tower civil works.

• Ability to lead and supervise site teams efficiently and read the drawings.

• Good understanding of telecom safety standards and quality requirements.

• Must be excellent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Able to read and execute the drawings.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate civil construction teams Nokia & Huawei telecom tower sites.

• Ensure all assigned works are executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Ensure project requirements are completed on time and according to quality standards.

• Manage full scope of civil works at tower sites, including: Excavation activities , Steel reinforcement fixing , Form work and concrete pouring , Foundation works for telecom towers.

• Ensure all structural requirements for tower erection are properly executed.

• Supervise carpentry works related to shuttering, form work, and site needs.

• Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower, tools, and materials.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and client requirements.
