Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chief of Technical Office to lead engineering and technical operations for major railway infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage the technical office team, ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, and site construction while maintaining strict compliance with international railway standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead the Technical Office engineering team (Civil, Structural, MEP, and Systems) to deliver all technical submittals on schedule.

Design & Shop Drawings: Oversee the review, modification, and approval of shop drawings and technical layouts.

Commercial Support: Manage contract variations, quantity surveying (QS), and technical claims under standard frameworks.

Coordination: Serve as the primary technical interface between clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 10–15 years in Technical Office management, with 5+ years of dedicated experience in Railway or Metro projects.

Credentials: Valid, transferable Iqama and active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) are mandatory.

Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and BIM/Revit. Excellent technical English communication skills.
