Job Announcement:

Job Title: Proposal Engineer.

Dept: Inside Sales

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a Proposal Engineer to review customer requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer inquiries, specifications, and technical requirements.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.

• Coordinate with customers regarding project requirements and progress.

• Prepare (NMR), follow up material sourcing, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to support project requirements.

• Liaise with production, quality, and purchasing departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor manufacturing schedules and project timelines.

• Follow up on material availability and production status.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.

• Prepare project documentation and reports.

• Coordinate product inspection, testing, and final delivery.

• Manage projects from order receipt through manufacturing, testing, and customer handover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial instrumentation.

• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
