Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize supply chain operations, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials. The role involves analyzing supply chain performance, supporting cost-effective purchasing strategies, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

:Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly dispatch schedules.

• Import shipments of raw material by checking our purchase order & QC approval.

• Negotiate with different vendors to get the best quote.

• Arrange delivery of all outbound material.

• Tracking of each shipment.

• Submit transportation invoices to finance for the payment.

• Supervise the supply chain team on their work.

• Arrange delivery of finished goods or collection of rejected material by communicating with customers.

• Scheduling deliveries for logistics driver by arranging Gate pass for some locations.

• Create delivery report on weekly & monthly basis for records.

• Keeping a record of all pending sales orders in the ERP system.

• Take approval from finance on a weekly basis regarding deliveries.

• Creating a monthly dispatch report in advance with week-wise priority delivery so QC can arrange documents accordingly.

• Communicating with customers regarding shipment readiness and addressing any pending payments or inquiries from customers post-delivery.

• Following up with the Quality Control team to ensure that QC certificates are sent along with deliveries.

: Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MBA in Supply Chain, industrial management or related field.

• Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management.

• Knowledge of Supply chain process & cycles.

• Proven experience in inventory management software.

• Strong organizational and supervising skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
