Urgent Requirement – HR Officer / HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee vacation and leave records.
Process final exit and clearance procedures for employees.
Maintain and update employee files and HR documents.
Handle document filing and record management.
Coordinate with employees regarding leave, exit, and HR-related matters.
Ensure all HR documentation is complete and properly maintained.
Support daily HR administrative activities.
Requirements:
Experience in HR administration or office coordination.
Good knowledge of employee leave and final exit procedures.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English.
