Role Summary:
– The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in digital design and transformation, capable of steering the company through its next phase of development.

Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s mission and market demands.
– Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new markets and partnerships.
– Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
– Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the parent company to ensure alignment and support.
– Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure sustainability and profitability.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in leadership roles within digital design or related fields, with a proven track record of business growth and innovation
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of digital design trends and technologies
• Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
• Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities
• Commitment to innovation and excellence in digital experience design
