Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production lines, machinery, and equipment according to approved maintenance plans.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Inspect and monitor the performance of machines and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Replace and install defective parts and components as required.
Carry out lubrication and routine servicing activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with Production Supervisors to ensure uninterrupted operations and achievement of production targets.
Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance work area and tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment efficiency and reducing recurring failures.
Report spare parts and maintenance material requirements when needed.
