Mechanical Foreman

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in Saudi Arabia as a Mechanical Foreman.

• Extensive experience in supervising mechanical installation works for construction, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of:

o HVAC systems

o Plumbing and drainage systems

o Firefighting systems

o Pump installations and mechanical equipment

o Testing and commissioning activities

• Ability to lead and manage mechanical technicians, skilled workers, and subcontractors.

• Thorough understanding of Saudi standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable).

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works at project sites.

• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Monitor workforce productivity and material utilization.

• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Enforce safety regulations and quality control procedures.

• Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site records.
