Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily MEP installation and construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Manage site manpower, materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure successful project handover.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, EWA requirements, and local authority standards.

Prepare work schedules, daily and weekly progress reports, and material requisitions.

Identify and resolve technical issues while coordinating design changes with the engineering team.

Monitor project costs, minimize delays, and maintain project timelines.

Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

Manage snagging, de-snagging, as-built documentation, and final handover activities.

Experience

8–10 years of proven experience in MEP project supervision, including site management, installation, coordination, testing and commissioning, quality control, project planning, client and consultant coordination, subcontractor management, and successful delivery of MEP projects from initiation to final handover.

Driving licence is mandatory.
