نبذة عن الوظيفة:

تسعى المنشأة إلى استقطاب مدير عام ذو كفاءة عالية وخبرة عملية لا تقل عن (10) سنوات في إدارة المشاريع الزراعية، يتمتع بقدرات قيادية وإدارية متميزة، وخبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتشغيل والإشراف على الأنشطة الزراعية بمختلف أنواعها، بما يضمن تحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية والمالية للمنشأة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو العلوم الزراعية أو إدارة الأعمال، ويفضل حملة الدراسات العليا.

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع الزراعية.

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الموارد البشرية والمالية والتشغيلية.

معرفة شاملة بأنظمة الري الحديثة والإنتاج الزراعي وإدارة المزارع.

مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرار وإدارة فرق العمل.

إجادة استخدام الأنظمة والتقنيات الزراعية الحديثة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية للمنشأة الزراعية ومتابعة تنفيذها.

الإشراف الكامل على جميع العمليات الزراعية والإنتاجية وضمان تحقيق المستهدفات.

إعداد وإدارة الميزانيات السنوية ومراقبة التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.

تطوير السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية لضمان جودة الإنتاج واستدامة الأعمال.

إدارة فرق العمل وتقييم الأداء وتطوير الكفاءات البشرية.

الإشراف على برامج الصيانة والتشغيل للمعدات والآليات الزراعية.

متابعة تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة المهنية والاشتراطات البيئية.

إعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة العليا حول الأداء التشغيلي والمالي.

دراسة فرص التوسع والاستثمار وتطوير المشاريع الزراعية الجديدة.

إدارة العلاقات مع الجهات الحكومية والموردين والعملاء والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.

متابعة تطبيق التقنيات الزراعية الحديثة ورفع كفاءة الإنتاج.

ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة بالقطاع الزراعي.

Job Title: General Manager – Agricultural Enterprise

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our agricultural enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in managing agricultural projects, with strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing productivity, and ensuring the sustainable growth and profitability of the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural project management.

Demonstrated experience in managing operational, financial, and human resources functions.

Comprehensive knowledge of modern irrigation systems, crop production, and farm management practices.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in utilizing modern agricultural technologies and management systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the organization’s strategic and operational plans and monitor their execution.

Oversee all agricultural and production activities to ensure achievement of operational and business objectives.

Prepare and manage annual budgets while monitoring expenditures and improving operational efficiency.

Establish and enhance operational policies and procedures to ensure productivity, quality, and sustainability.

Lead, manage, and evaluate workforce performance while fostering professional development.

Supervise maintenance and operational programs for agricultural machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Prepare and present periodic operational and financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Identify growth opportunities and lead the development of new agricultural projects and investments.

Manage relationships with government authorities, suppliers, clients, and strategic partners.

Promote the adoption of modern agricultural technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing agricultural operations.
