Job Vacancy – Pricing & Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

International Link, a well-established and reputed freight forwarding and logistics company, is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team in the Pricing & Operations Department.

Pricing & Operations Executive

Location:

Dammam / Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

Handle freight forwarding pricing and quotations for air, sea, and land shipments.

Coordinate import and export operations with agents, carriers, customers, and customs brokers.

Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

Ensure smooth shipment execution and timely customer updates.

Prepare operational documents and maintain shipment records.

Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Good knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and transportation processes.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.

Experience in the Saudi logistics market will be an advantage.

Experienced candidates will be given preference.
