Hiring a Qualified Instrument technician

Job Location: Jizan

Experience in Aramco – Oil & Gas / Refinery / petrochemical Plants.

Job Purpose

To perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems within the Sulfur Forming Unit

Installation and Commissioning

• Install, connect, and commission field instruments including pressure,

temperature, flow, and level transmitters, switches, analyzers, gauges, and sensors.

Calibration and Testing

• Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, vibration, and analytical

instruments using certified calibration equipment.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on

instrumentation and control systems.

Repair or replace defective components including:

o Control valve trim

o Diaphragms

o Pneumatic and hydraulic seals

o I/P converters

o Valve positioners

Safety, Health, and Environmental Responsibilities

• Follow Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), isolation, and confined space

entry procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics

Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent.

• Instrumentation trade certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of instrumentation maintenance experience in petrochemical,

refinery, sulfur processing, fertilizer, power generation, or heavy industrial facilities. • Experience with field instruments, analyzers, control valves, and process control

systems.
