We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista (Male) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and espresso-based drinks.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.

Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests.

Educate customers on the coffee menu, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.

Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.

Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.

Support daily operations, including opening and closing duties.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Barista in a busy café or coffee shop environment.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

A passion for coffee and a commitment to high-quality standards.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
