Job Title :- Sales Executive
Department:- Sales & Distribution
Reports To:- Sales Supervisor
Location:- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Employment Type:- Full-Time
Purpose:- To drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining
existing accounts, achieving assigned sales targets, and representing
Kanzotech’s products (water pumps, accessories, faucets)
professionally in the assigned route.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prospect, identify, and approach new B2B customers including retailers, plumbing
suppliers, and hardware shops.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and generate
orders.
• Present product catalogues, technical specifications, and pricing to potential customers.
• Process customer orders accurately through the company’s ERP/order management system.
• Collect payments from customers as per credit terms and issue proper receipts.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain and update customer records including contact details, purchase history, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Sales Supervisor.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all sales documents (invoices, delivery notes, receipts) are complete and filed properly.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in alignment with Kanzotech brand standards.
