التقدم الى QUANTITY SURVEYOR – JUNIOR AND SENIOR in Manama

Duties and responsibilities:

• Visit the sites/ customers along with the project engineers / supervisors for measurement and understand the requirement of the customers.

• Preparing of Bill of Quantities, coordinate with drafting team, procurement, costing & Accounts for direct and indirect costs, establishment of sub-contractors / quotations

• Preparing Prequalification Documents for Tenders, post tender requirements(s)

• Understanding of statutory / regulatory requirements

• Understand of commercial documentations

• Project Invoicing

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

• Preparing and analyzing castings/ BOQ’s

• Performing risk and value management and cost control.

• Advising management on procurement strategy/ cost savings on project

• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.

• Providing advice on contractual claims.

• Preparing project final account.

• Control of project Documents in soft and hard copies

• Good command over English,

• Preference will be given to the Gulf Experienced candidates

• Excellent knowledge of Computers

Competency requirements:

• Education : Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with advanced

knowledge of Computers

• Work Experience : 5-10 Years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Age : Below 40 years

• Knowledge/Skills : Should have knowledge of 2D/3D drawings
