Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Janitorial Services Project in Khursaniyah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring service quality, maintaining HSE compliance, and coordinating with clients to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and housekeeping activities.

• Manage cleaning personnel, attendance, schedules, and work assignments.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are met.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.

• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and consumables.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with client representatives and respond promptly to service requests.

• Train and guide staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.

• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor or Janitorial Supervisor.

• Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of janitorial operations, manpower management, and quality control.

• Experience supervising large cleaning teams.

• Good understanding of HSE standards and requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
