Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

 3–7 years of experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or real estate development.

 Good knowledge of the Saudi market.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify new projects and business opportunities.

 Generate leads for design, supervision, and project management services.

 Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and clients.

 Promote the company’s services to government and private entities.

 Monitor tender opportunities and market developments.

 Coordinate with the Proposals & Estimation Department for technical and financial submissions.

 Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

 Prepare periodic reports on opportunities and prospects.

 Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills
