Modify or cancel reservations

Update the reservation system accordingly.
Monitor availability
Check room, table, seat, or service availability.
Prevent overbooking and maintain accurate inventory.
Coordinate with other departments
Communicate reservation details to front desk, housekeeping, sales, or operations teams.
Inform relevant departments of VIP guests or special requests.
Prepare reports
Generate daily arrival, departure, occupancy, or booking reports.
Update management on reservation status.
Process payments and deposits
Verify payment information and reservation guarantees.
Record deposits and payment confirmations when required.
Maintain customer records
Ensure guest information is accurate and up to date.
Keep reservation files organized.
Provide customer service
Resolve booking issues and respond professionally to customer concerns.
