K Zone Mart is currently seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our retail team in Al Khobar, KSA.

Physical Interview is Mandatory.

Only candidates who are available to attend an in-person interview in Al Khobar will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.

Promote and sell Korean, Japanese, and other imported food and non-food products.

Maintain product displays, shelves, and merchandising standards.

Ensure proper stock arrangement, labeling, and pricing.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.

Support daily store operations, including receiving and arranging new stock.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the store.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Assist with promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and in-store marketing activities.

Follow company policies, procedures, and retail best practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, supermarkets, convenience stores, or specialty food stores.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Knowledge and experience in Korean and Japanese food products, beverages, snacks, cosmetics, household items, and other non-food products will be highly preferred.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
