We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for tracking employee attendance, auditing timecards, and ensuring data accuracy. You will play a crucial role in our payroll and HR processes by ensuring our workforce is paid accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesTime & Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record employee check-in/check-out times, breaks, and daily hours.Timecard Auditing: Review and verify timesheets for completeness, ensuring accuracy of regular hours, overtime, and shift differentials.Leave Management: Track and approve employee time-off requests, including vacation, sick leave, and personal time.Dispute Resolution: Work closely with employees and supervisors to investigate and correct timekeeping discrepancies or missed punches.Payroll Preparation: Compile timesheet data and submit accurate reports to the payroll/HR department.Compliance: Ensure all timekeeping practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.1–3+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or a related administrative role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills.Familiarity with time and attendance software (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Workday) is highly preferred.Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
