* Salary: 1800 to 2500 SAR per month

## Job Summary:

Bombay Bites is looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Chef who specializes in authentic Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing traditional Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes including curries, biryani, tandoori items, snacks, and street food

* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to health regulations

* Manage kitchen inventory and food storage properly

* Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations

* Monitor food preparation and minimize wastage

* Follow restaurant recipes and standards consistently

* Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes when required

## Requirements:

* Experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant or hotel

* Knowledge of Indian spices, recipes, and cooking techniques

* Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

* Good communication and time management skills

* Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards

* Gulf experience is an advantage
