Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors or customers professionally

Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages

Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules

Handle customer inquiries and provide information

Maintain records, files, and office documents

Receive and direct guests to the correct department or person

Handle basic administrative and office tasks

Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized

Coordinate with staff and management when needed

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Receive payments by cash, card, or online methods

Operate the cash register or POS system accurately

Issue receipts and process transactions

Count cash and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift

Assist customers with billing or payment questions

Maintain accurate sales and transaction records

Handle refunds or exchanges according to company policy

Ensure pricing and billing are correct

Support customers politely and professionally

Keep the cashier counter clean

Requirements:
