Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, leadership-driven Shop Floor Manager with a strong background in Electrical Engineering to take full ownership of our factory production floor operations.

In this role, you will lead daily manufacturing workflows, manage assembly and technical testing lines, and guide a diverse team of technicians and operators. The ideal candidate will bridge technical engineering expertise in electrical/lighting assembly with hands-on, high-efficiency factory management.

Key Responsibilities

● Production Operations Management: Oversee and optimize daily production lines across electrical assembly, panel integration, and manufacturing workflows to meet strict delivery timelines and volume targets.

● Team Leadership & Scheduling: Lead, mentor, and organize a multi-national team of shop floor technicians, assembly workers, and line operators, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

● Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): Strictly enforce industrial safety and environmental regulations on the floor to maintain an incident-free environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

● Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience, with a heavy emphasis on electrical manufacturing plants, factory production, or shop floor environments.

● Domain Expertise: Solid background supervising the manufacturing or assembly of electrical products (e.g., lighting technology, control systems, switchgears, or power distribution units).

● Leadership Style: Minimum of 3 years in a direct supervisory capacity (e.g., Shop Floor Manager, Factory Supervisor, Production Lead). Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills are a must.

● Language: Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous for managing the local workforce and operational environment.
