We have an urgent Requirements of Below position;s for Dammam Port Project’s

QC inspector – Welding

QC Inspector – Piping

QC Inspector – Instrument

QC Inspector – Electrical

NDT Coordinator

QC Supervisor – Welding

QC Supervisor – Piping

Minimum Experience required : Overall 8 Years in which 5 years in inspection specialty of oil and gas , previous Saudi Aramco approval + CBT is mandatory.

Education : Diploma or Engineering Degree

Certification (as below listed for different roles)

Welding Inspector : Valid CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI as minimum with ASNT level II in RT,MT,UT & PT

Piping Inspector : No specific certification required , experience and CBT mandatory

Electrical QC inspector : No specific certification required , experience and CBT mandatory

Instrumentation QC inspector : No specific certification required , experience and CBT mandatory

Coating inspector : Valid NACE level II , BGAS grade 2 or SSPC Coating Inspector as minimum

NDT coordinator : Valid CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI as minimum with ASNT level II in RT,MT,UT & PT

Material QC inspector : No specific certification required , experience and CBT mandatory

Telecom Inspector : No specific certification required , experience and CBT mandatory

RTFI : Aramco Certification card as RTFI mandatory

RTR QC : Certification of any manufacturer as installer / QC Inspector

QC Supervisors : Discipline certification as mentioned above with minim of 10 years’ experience out of which 3 years in supervision of QC activities in oil and gas.

Job description for QC inspector (simplified)

Coordination with construction team and support Inspection activities

Issue RFI and perform inspection with client

Prepare inspection records

Prepare inspection summary report

Conduct daily surveillance inspection

Identify and record anomalies noticed during the inspection and propose action for closeout

Issue proactive notification to avoid any non-compliance in the site

Ensure the preservation of material compliance as per standard practices

Conduct Focus assessment as per inspection activities

Coordinate with Discipline QC supervisor daily activities

Ensure all issued RFI are closed, and reports are signed off from client inspector and uploaded in Database

Be vigilant in Quality Control procedure , standard , specification and codes requirement implementation throughout construction / testing and there are no short cuts to established requirements.

Shall be capable of using Software like EPM , QMIS , Welding data management and basic of Microsoft office tools (word , excel etc..)

Ensure the inspection records are accurate and reviewed.

Conduct daily surveillance inspection

Conduct Training for inspectors

Identify and record anomalies noticed during the inspection and propose action for closeout

Issue proactive notification to avoid any non-compliance in the site

Ensure the preservation of material compliance as per standard practices

Conduct Focus assessment as per inspection activities

Prepare weekly and monthly deliverables

Assist QC manager

Coordinate with client on daily activities

Ensure the Customer complaints are monitored and actioned to close timely.

Ensure all issued RFI are closed, and reports are signed off from client inspector and uploaded in Database

Be vigilant in Quality Control procedure , standard , specification and codes requirement implementation throughout construction / testing and there are no short cuts to established requirements.

Shall be capable of using Software like EPM , QMIS , Welding data management and basic of Microsoft office tools (word , excel etc..)

General conditions

Agencies to share next vacation schedule and don’t propose candidate who can’t continue minimum 6 months continuous services

Ensure the selected employees will be mobilized and all port access formalities are agreed upon

Daily 10 hours duty

Once selected the candidate shall be mobilized immediately and employee shall be informed not to submit CV at multiple projects at same time.

Ethical and professional behavior is mandatory

All required arrangements like PPE , Medical fitness test etc shall be completed prior mobilization
