Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and guests professionally.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries.

Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules.

Maintain records, files, and office documents.

Handle customer complaints or direct them to the concerned department.

Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and documents.

Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.

Provide information about company services and policies.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.

Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.

Cashier Key Responsibilities

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Issue receipts, refunds, and invoices to customers.

Maintain accurate cash register and transaction records.

Count cash at the beginning and end of shifts.

Assist customers with billing questions and payment issues.

Ensure excellent customer service during transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.

Report any payment discrepancies or suspicious activities.

Support sales and promotional activities when required.

Follow company policies regarding cash handling and security.
