HIRING – Civil 3D BIM Modelers ????

We are expanding our BIM Infrastructure team and currently looking for experienced Civil 3D BIM Modelers for large-scale infrastructure projects in KSA/GCC.

???? Open Positions:

• Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Roads

• Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Wet Utilities

• Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Dry Utilities

• Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Structures

???? Location:

KSA / Remote / Hybrid (depending on project requirements)

???? Requirements:

✔ Strong experience in Autodesk Civil 3D

✔ Experience in infrastructure BIM projects

✔ Knowledge of:

Roads & Highways

Stormwater / Sewer / Water Networks

Dry Utilities Corridors

Structural & Infrastructure coordination

✔ Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection

✔ Understanding of LOD 300/350/400 workflows

✔ GCC/KSA project experience preferred

✔ Experience with Navisworks, ACC/BIM360 is an advantage

???? Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BIM models and coordinated drawings

• Corridor, utility, grading, and surface modeling

• Shop drawing and as-built model preparation

• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams

• Clash detection and resolution support

• Model QA/QC and standards compliance
