Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents

Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery

Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries

Maintain and update customer records and CRM databases

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and marketing departments

Monitor inventory levels and product availability

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer concerns

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business goals

Schedule meetings, appointments, and client visits for the sales team

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Support promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing activities

Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
