We are looking for an experienced Procurement Professional with strong knowledge in fit-out and construction projects.Proven experience in procurement for interior fit-out and construction projects

Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and project purchasing

Experience dealing with international clients and suppliers

Ability to handle RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, and vendor management

Good understanding of project timelines and coordination with site teams

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, or office fit-out projects

Knowledge of local and international sourcing

Familiar with BOQ, specifications, and material submittals

Responsibilities:

Source and procure project materials and services

Coordinate with project managers and site teams

Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with suppliers

Ensure timely delivery of materials to projects

Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records
