Responsibilities:

Spray painting: Apply smooth, even coats using spray equipment for furniture, walls, and specialized surfaces.

Artistic painting: Create decorative finishes, murals, textures, and custom designs that elevate spaces aesthetically.

Surface preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure durability and flawless results.

Material expertise: Select and mix paints, varnishes, and coatings with a deep understanding of chemical properties and application methods.

Quality control: Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to safety, durability, and aesthetic standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, contractors, and clients to bring creative visions to life.

Requirements

Proven experience in spray painting and artistic painting.

Strong knowledge of paint materials, finishes, and application techniques.

Ability to work with different surfaces (wood, metal, concrete, plaster).

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Creativity and adaptability to meet client-specific requests.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualities

Experience with decorative wall finishes (e.g., faux finishes, stenciling, marbling).

Knowledge of protective coatings for industrial or commercial projects.
