ERCON is looking for senior document controller for our office based job on Transfer Basis

Salary Package 2500 SAR

He must have strong commend on MS Excel and MS Word.

Candidate must know for writing emails and follow up

Maintain and manage employee and client documentation records.

Handle manpower files including CVs, certificates, licenses, passports, Iqama, and contracts.

Monitor expiry dates of Iqama, passport, medical, and other employee documents.

Prepare and submit employee mobilization and demobilization documents.

Coordinate with clients for timesheets, gate passes, approvals, and manpower documentation requirements.

Prepare invoices and supporting documents for client submission.

Keep proper records of purchase orders, agreements, and client correspondence.

Update manpower status reports and maintain employee databases.

Ensure all documents are properly filed, scanned, and archived for easy retrieval.

Support operations team in onboarding and employee transfer processes.

Prepare official letters, salary certificates, and employment-related documents when required.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and client documentation requirements.

Track pending timesheet approvals, pending invoices, and document submissions to client for approval.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records.
