Job Description:

• Execute HVAC design from conceptual stage of the project until final handing over of the project.

• Develop HVAC layouts, HVAC equipment sizing, selection and associated specification and scope of work write-up.

• In-depth knowledge of chilled water and DX system.

• Interface with multiple disciplines, project management, system owners, vendors and contractors.

• Should have the knowledge of safety standards, which are follow at site.

• To coordinate all the activities at project site in coordination with the Main contractor & other sub-contractors.

Qualification:

 Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

 Experience: 5-8 Years Experience in GCC

 Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, which qualifies for licensure in the state of practice, is required.

• Must have ability to interface with customers to define scope of work and basis of design.

• Familiar with M.S Project / Primavera & planning for project planning

• Knowledge of mechanical systems control philosophy.

• Familiarity with applicable building codes and standards.

• Expertise in heat load calculations, static pressure calculations.

• On hand experience in Air balancing & Testing & commissioning

• Familiarity with MEP Services & their coordination with HVAC needs

• Familiarity with the energy conservation methods in HVAC projects.

• Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.

• Valid GCC Driving License

• CRPEP License – A or B
