فني متخصص يتولى تشخيص، صيانة، وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية في الآلات والمركبات الثقيلة (مثل: الشاحنات، الجرافات، والحفارات). يعمل على ضمان كفاءة الأسطول، تقليل فترات التوقف، وضمان جاهزية المعدات للعمل في المشاريع.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تشخيص الأعطال: استخدام أدوات الفحص الحديثة وقراءة المخططات لاكتشاف المشاكل في محركات الديزل وأنظمة الهيدروليك والكهرباء.

• الصيانة الوقائية: إجراء الفحوصات الدورية للمعدات وفقاً لجداول الصيانة لضمان سلامتها واستمراريتها.

• الإصلاح والاستبدال : فك الأجزاء التالفة (المحركات، نواقل الحركة، المضخات)، إصلاحها أو استبدالها بقطع غيار أصلية وإعادة تجميعها بدقة.

• الاختبار والتشغيل: إجراء الاختبارات التشغيلية للمعدة بعد الصيانة للتأكد من أدائها بكفاءة وفعالية تامة.

• التوثيق ومعايير السلامة: تسجيل أعمال الصيانة، والالتزام الصارم بتعليمات السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء العمل.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة

• التعليم والخبرة: دبلوم فني في ميكانيكا المعدات الثقيلة أو ما يعادله، مع خبرة عملية موثقة بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات.

• المعرفة التقنية: إلمام تام بمحركات الديزل، أنظمة الهيدروليك، والكهرباء.

Job Description:

A specialized technician responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and hydraulic faults in heavy machinery and vehicles (such as trucks, bulldozers, and excavators). The role ensures fleet efficiency, minimizes downtime, and guarantees equipment readiness for project operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Fault Diagnosis: Utilize modern diagnostic tools and interpret schematics to identify problems in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine equipment inspections according to maintenance schedules to ensure safety and operational reliability.

• Repair and Replacement: Disassemble damaged parts (engines, transmissions, pumps), repair or replace them with genuine spare parts, and reassemble them accurately.

• Testing and Operation: Perform operational tests on equipment after maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Documentation and Safety Standards: Record all maintenance work and strictly adhere to occupational health and safety regulations during work. Required Skills and Qualifications
