Job Vacancy – Document Controller

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Santy Excavation & Construction Company W.L.L is seeking to hire a Document Controller to join our team. Preference will be given to Filipino nationals with relevant experience in construction or contracting companies.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage, organize, and control all project and company documents (hard copy & soft copy).

* Maintain proper document numbering, filing systems, and document registers.

* Ensure timely submission, distribution, and tracking of drawings, correspondence, and records.

* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients regarding document control matters.

* Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing documents.

* Ensure document compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

* Assist in audits and document reviews when required.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction / excavation / contracting companies.

* Good knowledge of document control procedures and systems.

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Filipino nationality preferred.

* Must be currently in Bahrain.
