Santy Excavation & Construction Company W.L.L is looking for a Garage Admin / Operations Coordinator to join our operations team in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily garage and workshop operations
• Follow up maintenance schedules and vehicle records
• Prepare operational reports and update records
• Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and operation team
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and daily activities
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Support the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks
Requirements:
• Previous experience in administration or operations coordination
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience in garage/workshop/construction environment is an advantage
• Bahrain-based candidates preferred
