Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative operations, maintaining office efficiency, and supporting day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and office operations.

Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documents.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Assist HR and management with administrative support.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.

Proven experience in administration, office coordination, or related roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Locally available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiners only.

Preferred Skills

Experience with office management systems and procedures.

Basic accounting or HR knowledge is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Professional and positive work attitude.
